Kelly + John
Here are a couple of my favourite moments from the last wedding my partner and I shot. Kelly and John found us through Instagram and we were very excited to shoot the wedding of two people we didn't already know! We were also a little nervous - but that went away very quickly after meeting the ultra laid back couple. Photographing a wedding in this case barely felt like work. The location was beautiful, the people welcomed us as if we were there as guests and it's truly an amazing experience to be around people who are happy and celebrating such a milestone day.

Band Shoot: Odder than the Otters
This weekend Gage and I had our first band shoot. We did some fun promo photos for Odder than the Otters, a super awesome Winnipeg band who also happens to be our friends! We wanted to show their quirky personalities while also capturing some classic rock star band photos. I think they turned out well. Mongolian Yurt
We spent our anniversary at an artist retreat in a Mongolian Yurt in Waldersee. It was one of the most unique experiences I've had in Manitoba. An important reminder of how good it feels to power down and live presently. Feeling fresh.
