I've launched a new website called Wild Bella. It's vegan and gluten free recipes and mindfulness practices. Through my recipes and writing, I want to share with you what my outlook on food is. I believe cooking is a creative outlet. Food can be healing. A big part of health is also having a peaceful mind.
